The following data is collected and processed when visiting our website:

As soon as you visit our website, you transmit data to our webserver via your internet browser (technical necessity). During the running connection between your internet browser and our website for communication purposes, the following data is collected:

  • Name and URL of the accessed file
  • Date and time of access
  • Data volume transmitted
  • Report on successful access (HTTP response code)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system of your terminal device
  • Referrer URL (i.e. the previously visited website)
  • Websites accessed by the user's systems via our website
  • Internet service provider of the user
  • Your IP address and the requesting provider

How long is this data stored?

This data is stored for 30 days for reasons of technical safety, especially for the defense against attempted attacks on our web server. This is our legitimate interest in accordance with the first sentence of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Technically necessary cookies

As we use cookies for the analysis of visitor figures, we would like to offer you the option to reject. The cookie "CookieConsent" is responsible for this. It stores your settings to set analysis cookies that you make when visiting our website. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR as we are legally obliged to do so.

Our website uses cookies

We use to web analysis tool "Matomo" in order to analyze how many people visit our website and which topics are of interest. Your IP address is anonymized and no conclusions on your person are possible. The data collected on the use of our website is stored by our provider and is not shared with third parties. 
When visiting our website, you will be asked whether you agree. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Submitting a request

Data transmitted via our contact form

When transmitting data via the contact form on our website, your data is sent to us via a connection secured by SSL encryption. The purpose and the legal basis for the processing lie within the matter you contact us about. The legal basis for prescription or appointment requests is Article 6(1)(b). In other cases, we will provide separate information about data processing. 

How long will request data be stored?

We only store personal data for as long as necessary for processing your request or prescription request. 

In case of an application

Which personal data is processed and for what purpose? 

We only process personal data provided by you in the course of the application procedure.
We use your data to assess whether you are eligible for the job advertised. The legal basis for this is paragraph 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act. 
In case of recruitment, we will separately inform you about the changing processing.
If you are not recruited but your application is still of interest to us, we will ask you if we can store your data for staffing in the future.
If you are not recruited, we will store your data for another 6 months in order to be able to defend ourselves against possible legal claims. This is our legitimate interest; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. 

Confidential treatment of data

We do not disclose your data from the application process to third parties and merge your data with other data. Only employees required for the processing of your application have access to your data. 

Your rights as the data subject

Right of access:
In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain personal data processed by us. Please specify your matter in your access request so that it is easier for us to compile the data required. Please note that your right of access can be limited under certain circumstances according to legal provisions (especially paragraph 34 of the Federal Data Protection Act).

Right to rectification:
If your personal data is not correct or no longer correct, you have the right to rectification according to Article 16 of the GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you have the right to have it completed.

Right to erasure:
In accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data. The right of erasure depends, among others, on whether we require your personal data to meet legal requirements.

Right to restriction of processing:
In accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain restriction of processing of personal data.

Right to data portability:
In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to have it transmitted to another controller.

Right to object:
If the processing of your personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object to processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR. 

Right to lodge a complaint: 
In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection regulations.
